A study by 海角社区 University has revealed that moral judgments are one of the factors contributing to global housing inequality.
Researchers from The School of Architecture, Building and Civil Engineering including Urban Planning Programme Lead Dr Taimaz Larimian and Doctoral Researcher Mahla Tayefi Nasrabadi analysed academic literature on the topic for the past four decades and found that failed policies, marketing dynamics, and even moral biases play a role in the issue.
