Meditation Sessions

About this event

Time to breathe. Time to take a break. Time for you. Join us for our new monthly staff meditation sessions led by Natalie Steel.

This workshop provides a practical understanding of the relationship between the being and matter. The workshop aims to facilitate your inward journey in an efficient and effective way.

There are 4 scheduled dates in Semester 1 (see below). You're welcome to book onto more than one session or add at a later date.

There are 12 spaces available for this meditation session. The session will follow a learn-practical application structure; 15 mins learning about how meditation can be used to develop wellbeing and 15-20mins meditation practice.
